At Collins & Co, we always strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item. Below you will find our return policy explained clearly.
Return Conditions

An item may only be registered for return after it has been physically received.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them beyond fitting is not allowed.

Ordering multiple sizes of the same product with the intention of partially returning them is not permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process

Notify us of your return request by emailing info@collinsnco.com within 30Â days of receiving your item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

The item must be returned at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or shipping charges.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and traceability, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and its condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Liability

Collins & Co is not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
